Our current yoga class schedule follows. We are continually looking to add more classes. Please email us with your schedule preferences and yoga style preferences!

VINYASA FLOW: A practice incorporating a series of poses flowing together while coordinating the movement with breath. Classes are built around "Sun Salutations" with a sequencing flow that creates heat within the body to increase flexibility, strength and stamina.
All Levels Class: Appealing to the student who is new to yoga and also good for the seasoned yoga practitioner in order to refine his/her practice.
Level 1-2 Class: Appealing to the student who is in good physical condition and practiced in the art of yoga. These classes include all poses from the All Levels Class along with additional advanced poses. A great class for athletes.

GENTLE: A hatha yoga class that is healing in nature. Appealing to the student who has injuries, disabilities, or prefers a slower paced class. A great class for seniors.

HAPPY HOUR YOGA: An hour of doing something that makes us happy.
